Enterprise Support – an advanced level of support which includes phone assistance, screen sharing, case escalation, web-based tracking and more; escalated support for Autodesk Subscription customers with internal IT support staff
On-Demand Support (1-888-824-4124) – single case phone support on an as-needed basis
