Marketing Manager - Louisville, KY

The Marketing Department at Advanced Solutions has the primary role of generating Autodesk computer aided design software solution sales opportunities for the organization.  This is done by creating demand generation focused campaigns in conjunction with our sales and extended teams.

We are seeking a high-energy, motivated individual to provide leadership in developing and executing marketing strategies to meet Advanced Solutions and Autodesk objectives.  The role will include marketing planning, campaign development and execution, brand alignment, event support, public relations, advertising communications, and managing day to day marketing operations.  The role will be a mix of strategic and tactical responsibilities.

Advanced Solutions is an entrepreneurial business and we are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to take calculated risks and think outside the box.  The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in marketing consultative and/or educational services, experience in marketing software, demonstrated success with working effectively in a team environment, the ability to manage the development of press releases and customer success stories, and have a passion for working and empowering a dynamic team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the various Advanced Solutions teams to effectively develop a strategic marketing plan
  • Work closely with the Autodesk marketing team to ensure Advanced Solutions marketing efforts are aligned with Autodesk marketing initiatives and that available resources are effectively leveraged
  • Develop annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales team and Autodesk, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year and focus on meeting organizational objectives including but not limited to product and service sales
  • Creating and editing marketing materials for consulting clients and educational programs
  • Attending and providing input in creative, organizational, and strategic meetings
  • Assisting in public relations, including, but not limited to, press releases, website PR, and media exposure
  • Basic assistance to management to facilitate fulfillment of marketing and PR campaigns
  • Manage the Marketing Department Budget, delivery of all marketing activity within the agreed budget, and provide direction of marketing staff where budgets are applicable
  • To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution
  • To manage marketing requests from the Advanced Solutions Team
  • To manage brand and content with all marketing collateral material including but not limited to printed material and websites
  • The achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for Advanced Solutions and its programs across all available media

Job Specifications

  • 4-6 years of sales experience in the marketing industry
  • Creative thinking, enthusiasm for learning
  • Leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Publisher, and Power Point
  • Highly motivated
  • Strong writing and verbal skills
  • Well developed analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Willingness to travel and work in a diverse team of professionals
  • Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities

Compensation

Base Salary Range of $60,000 to $75,000 with a target annual bonus of $20,000.

Inside Sales - Louisville, KY

The Inside Sales Representative (ISS Rep) is focused on qualifying and pursuing Autodesk Design Solutions for both existing and prospective customers over the phone. The ISS Rep will listen and understand desired results, develop strong value propositions, deliver design software solution proposals and sell the solutions to decision-makers. The ISS Rep goal is to achieve and exceed gross margin quota targets by delivering a clear and consistent value proposition, and by helping our customers improve their design software business processes.

We are seeking a high-energy, passionate and motivated individual to help companies better compete with state of the art design software tools and business processes. Advanced Solutions is an entrepreneurial business and we are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to think outside the box. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, outstanding verbal and written skills, and demonstrated success in telesales.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Have an understanding of Computer Aided Design (CAD) software and engineering solutions in the Manufacturing or Architectural, Engineering and Construction industries
  • Strong discipline to consistently meet and exceed company “Connects” metrics or the number of daily phone contacts made with prospects and customers
  • Be comfortable in business discussions with decision-makers
  • Be able to professionally position the value proposition of Autodesk design solutions and associated services offered by ASI
  • Develop professional solution proposals which include products, services, implementation plans, and business justifications (ROI)
  • Work with Advanced Solutions Technical Engineers to provide product information and/or demonstrations
  • Document Key Sales Activities in the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system;
  • Maintain an accurate Sales Pipeline and Forecast in the CRM
  • Qualify prospective customers and identify cross-sell and/or up sell opportunities
  • Represent Advanced Solutions in a professional manner to customers, prospects and to the business community at large

Compensation

Base Salary of $24,000 plus commission. Average inside sales performance results in total income range of $40,000 to $60,000. Top inside sales performance earn over $85,000 in total income.
