Andy Gehle and his group at Advanced Solutions have exceeded my customer
service expectations from day one. He has always been there whether putting
together quotes in a timely manner, providing quick quality customer service,
scheduling training or just answering a stupid question. I can't imagine
dealing with anyone else. Thanks Advanced Solutions, and thanks Andy! The Advanced Solutions Cincinnati Team have been a great asset
in looking to our possible AutoCAD upgrade. The technical guys
have done a fantastic job of answering our questions and providing
demos. Justin Upper has worked hard to help us through the purchasing
process. I have experience with Unigraphics, Autocad and Mechanical Desktop.
I have been utilizing Mechanical Desktop for 6 years. I recently
took the Inventor Level 1 &2 training classes through Advanced
Solutions. Since switching over to Inventor, I have reduced my
drawing time by approximately 50%. Advanced Solutions have been
a tremendous help through the transition time, not only with the
training classes but also with any questions or problems I have
had. I highly recommend Inventor and Advanced Solutions to anyone
that currently uses a cad software. Recently, I`ve had a great experience working with the staff of
your Indianapolis office. With our recent consideration of Inventor
upgrade we found the team to be very understanding, extremely responsive
and they have gone out of their way to help our company. The choice
of ASI is an easy one. Thank you for Advanced Solutions`s recent gift of 30 seats of
Inventor Pro, in support of the Engineering Program in the JB Speed
School of Engineering. These computer tools will allow our engineering
students to design very detailed 2- and 3-dimensional models of
products, components and systems on the computer and then analyze
their designs. It ensures that our students have access to the
most up-to-date suite of tools and thus become better engineers.
Thank you for this important investment in the future of our students,
our programs and our community. I appreciate the quick response with the Advanced Solutions technical
support team. They have been a great asset to our design group. Scott Daman is a great Sales Representative and has worked with
us time and again on making sure the correct software packages
have been recommended as well as taking the time to come to our
site and provide us with demonstrations on how we can use new products
in the Autodesk line or existing products that we do not currently
use that may benefit us to use. His customer support is unsurpassed
and we enjoy working with Scott.
