(ASI), Autodesk, Inc. 2007 Partner of the Year, announced today that they have reached an agreement on terms of acquisition for CADRE Systems, Inc., with offices in Cary and Charlotte, North Carolina. ASI President & CEO, Michael Golway, P.E., said "We are extremely excited about the addition of the top talent on CADRE’s team and the strong client base they have built in the Carolina’s since 1993." Golway went on to say, "CADRE is well respected in the industry and their team will significantly boost our East Region growth plans." Donnie Holmes, President of CADRE Systems, Inc., said "I’m delighted that we’ve reached this agreement. Advanced Solutions has emerged as one of the fastest growing and largest resellers in the country."
