Krisy Bucher
Marketing & Customer Care Manager

Krisy Bucher, Marketing & Customer Care Manager, leads Advanced Solutions' Marketing team in creating demand for Autodesk software, training and related services. She creates marketing strategies and plans which closely align with Autodesk corporate initiatives and sales goals.

Krisy also manages Advanced Solutions' Sales & Training Support team to create a superior customer experience both internally and externally. She oversees the Autodesk Customer Satisfaction program and Autodesk Authorized Training Centers (ATCs) for the company.

Krisy has a diverse business background, having worked in many industries in a marketing, accounting and management capacity. Prior to joining Advanced Solutions in March 2010, Krisy served for nine years as Director of Member Services for The EDI Marketing Group, a leading foodservice equipment buying group. Her other work experiences include management consulting for the defense contracting industry, office management for a commercial construction executive search firm, and commercial account management for Turner Broadcasting's news networks.

Krisy has a liberal arts background, with a B.A. in Art History and French Cultural Studies from Emory University. She also has a Masters of Business Administration from Western Carolina University.

Krisy and her husband have two daughters and reside in Louisville, Kentucky.
